One of the other Tour de Cure riders (Mark “Starry” Star) invited me to come with him for a ride today. The plan was to go up Mount Nebo, a big hill on the north side of Brisbane. I have to say that I was a bit nervous wondering if I could make it up.

The climb to the top is 20km and most of it is up, up, up, up and did I say bloody UP!

After my ride yesterday I was wondering how I would go but I must be getting a bit fitter because I made it to the top!

I must say though as I sit here writing this in the afternoon my legs are a bit second hand and I am not looking forward to tomorrow !!
