This week I have been riding with a new group of guys and girls. Each morning they co-ordinate their meeting place and their attire for their ride. Each member has a different path in life but are bought together by a similar interest and hobby, riding.
When I started this journey I expected to do a lot of riding by myself and some with other people. Riding with these guys this week has been a revelation.
What I wasn’t prepared for was the friendship, the comradeship and encouragement that these guys have given me without even knowing me.
Thanks guys I appreciate it, hope to join you often in my lead up to the big ride.

That we do. One of these days we may consider having a ride, but at the moment we just enjoy the smooth feel of lycra on our bodies at 5.30am and a good cup of coffee.
