An epic experience today – after a couple of nerve calming bottles of Rymill Estate wine yesterday this morning I woke up ready for wore and proudly wearing a special TDC jersey acknowledging 200 funded projects and 13 cancer breakthroughs by the charity
Today we also hit $2m raised which was very fitting for the longest riding day on tour and a massive slog
i am now an official member of the 200+ k’s in a day club – i was leading the engine room at the front of the peloton for this historic moment which will be one of my lasting tour memories
