A friendly encounter
Getting back on the back after a couple of days off can be a little difficult at first and today was no different. Heading to CP to do a few laps before work to get the mileage on the saddle up and I could definitely still feel the weekend’s indulgences in my system!
I minding my own business doing my laps when I see a blur of pink go past me and it’s the one and only JA. She was kind enough to do a few laps with me so I could pick her brains on some of the training, watch this space shortly for an interview on a bike with JA………..
