Mondayitis

What is it about Mondays that everything is just that harder, getting up was hard but I was determined to make sure I got a few laps in Centennial Park on way to work on my commute to get some KM’s under my belt. Like the previous week when I’d done 106Km’s my legs were tired but it seemed even more so today. I think the weekend of poor eating choices and more than likely just not enough food on Sunday with very little carbs is not good for recovery and does not set you back up for success the following day – good learning curve, it will be interesting to see if there is a difference next week if I eat better or whether its just a fitness issue, time will tell I suppose!
