Didn’t feel like riding after a crappy nights sleep, then kicked myself all day for losing a precious 63km ride, so after work on the windtrainer again with my mate for 2 hrs of “have mercy” & 50kms

Birthday ride with Josan,
Easier on the pace & really enjoyable pondering the wonder of doing this great stuff at new age of 47! & very appreciative of good health. Cycle class at lunch time bought my kms up to 70 for the day
Topped off with bubbly, wine & dinner with my family, a great way to end the day. No training in the morning Friday is REST day. That’s because Saturday is going to be 205kms
