When will it stop raining!
Ride Weekend 23-24th Feb
Horrendous weather condition of rain & wind meant both TDC rides were cancelled.
KMs still had to get done though.
Saturday was 2 back to back cycle classes trying out my new Endura product for nutrition seemed to work.
Sunday a 2 hr Spinnervals dvd in the living room, appropriately named “Have Mercy” followed by a drive to Westhead & a bush walk down to Westhead Beach & Resource Beach, made for a change from cycling out there.
Total: 230km week
