Training plan metrics for January complete

Last week I completed the 300km week, ending up with 346kms travelled that week with a mixture of higher intervals stuff like MTB and Hill climb repetitions to longer endurance road rides for the fitness side.

 

That coupled with the 131km and 1800m elevation ride from earlier this month fulfils theĀ guidelinesĀ for the TdC training assessment.
