February Training Assessment criteria:

So February now begins and we have a couple of criteria to measure ourselves by this month:

 

1) – At least one week of 400kms riding

2) At least one ride of at least 180kms and 2000m vertical completed in under 7.5hrs

 

Will be a big month and managing fatigue will be key to training to realise gains without getting run-down before tour.  Having just done a 450km week this week, I do know my arse is going to get sore!!
