How fragile LIFE …

We buried my lovely sister-in- law Robyn last Monday

The impact of Robyn’s unexpected death on all of us has been profound

No more chats over cups of teas … no more wonderful smile … no more Rob to her husband … no more Mum to her kids … no more Nanny to her 3 year old grand-daughter   … no more daughter, sister or niece … such a loss to many

We’re left wondering why … Robyn did so much for so many … Robyn contributed so much & should’ve been doing that for many more years … 57 years old is too young to be taken … so sad … so very sad

Eleanor Roosevelt said … “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, & today is a gift; that’s why they call it the present”.

The Minister who conducted Robyn’s funeral discussed “tomorrow” … tomorrow isn’t promised … perhaps part of the mystery is that there may not be one … so build the bridges, send the emails, make the phone calls that you’ve been putting off & make the most of the “present”

Death & dying causes so much grief & hardship … we must do everything we can to change this !
