Tomorrow is the day
Well its finally here.
Tomorrow is the first day of the Tour de Cure for 2011. Final preparations have been made and all the guys are excited and ready to get on the bike tomorrow and complete the first leg. We have just been to dinner with the whole crew and the sense of excitement and energy in the room was fantastic. Everybody is keen to get on the bikes and ride and are all excited to get going now.
Here is the plan for tomorrow.
Rise at 4.30am to get ready. Dress is Black Kit for tomorrow.
Taxi to Fox Studios where we will have breakfast and collect our bikes and get the final brief for the days travel.
Ride to Martin Place for 7.00am
Leave Martin Place at 9.00am live on Channel 7
12:00 – 12:45 Bald Hill Headland
1:30 – 1:45 Coledale Public School
1:45 – 2:00 Austinmer Public School
3:15 – 4:15 Crust Pizza Shop 105, 53-61 Crown St Wollongong
Tomorrows stage is only 95km so not a big one to start. It will be great to visit the two schools and see all the kids faces and pass out the Tour de Cure books.
