Flat tyre – Lesson learned!
It was a bit bleak outside this morning for a ride. Rob piked it again because it was sprinkling with rain again. I didnt mind though its nice and cool when its like this and being wet doesnt bother me. Had a good ride this morning, I caught up with a girl on a mountain bike that was setting a good pace. She was taking lots of short cuts though, going places that my bike wouldnt and shouldnt! It was good to have someone to chase though as it made the ride more interesting. Got about 20km into the ride and got a flat tyre so I learned a lesson today to always carry my spares. I had to get a taxi back home, it was a $35 dollar lesson! I will have to get out again tonight to finish my training session off. Won tennis last night !!
