Since I started training at the start of the year I have tried to step it up in incriments so that my body would get used to the bike again.
I went from zero to
First week of the year DEC 30-JAN 5 – 123.6 km 5h 47m
Second week of the year JAN 6-12 – 253.7 km 10h 3m
Third week of the year JAN 13-19 397.3 km 16h 52m
This week I am trying for a bit more altitude so the length will not be such an issue.
Next week I will be going for over 500km in a week something that will be a bit of a challenge with my current fitness level.
