Finished off my 44km ride today with a trip up Mount Gravatt. Bad Bad move !! My legs are like jelly now and I think that they will be for the rest of the day. When your training every day you dont know how good a sleep-in is !! Even after only a week or two it feels good to stay in bed. I still woke up about 5am and when I rolled over I could see the rain coming down so I said Yay and rolled over and went back to sleep. Looking forward to a game of tennis tonight.
