Training, but just
Im getting so frustrated with my Hip Flexer. I have started riding a bit but I cant do too much.
Its a fine line between getting going on my training for the next Tour and doing myself more injury because I havnt let it recover.
I have been on the bike a couple of times this week but it didnt feel good.
Its a month since I did this injury but its still sore, when I get off the bike I can hardly walk.
Not an ideal way to start my training for whats being billed as the hardest Tour route to date.
Little steps, this year might be a tough one for me.
