Part of training for a long ride such as the Tour de Cure involves doing long training rides. The longest stint on the Tour de Cure this year is the 239km leg between Thredbo and Albury. During this day we will have climbed 3102 metres so its important to make sure that there are lots of hills in this years training. Part of the training for the Tour de Cure means riding day after day to get used to the time in the saddle. Here is our ride on Saturday 8th of January from Loganholme to the Gold Coast. As per usual lately we had some rain but it didnt deter us from doing 120km today. Heres the video of the ride.
