Week 1 of 24 Training update
Week 1’s training of 24 in preparation for Tour De Cure complete, 300km and 2 core sessions done. Week 2 looks like being 320km as the base building continues.
My program for the first 12 weeks is ‘Base Building’ with progressive increases in volume at aerobic intensity. The second 12 weeks will be where the intensity is increased and volume reduced slightly.
