We ride tomorrow !!

Well we made it to Adelaide and we have been having a great time in the lead up to this years Tour. We have been to a couple of wineries and out for lunch then a leasurly ride this morning for coffee. The fun is over now though, we are getting ready to ride so its like a hive of activity here. More tomorrow.

You have cancer

Sometimes year after year its hard to get motivated to keep riding and fundraising. This year that is defiantly not the case as I know a few people that have been touched by Cancer this year. This week has been a hilly one !! Wednesday was Mt Cootha Thursday was Mt Gravatt Saturday was Mt Glorious Total of 5,069 m climbed this week. My legs are a bit second hand so today was a rest day !!

Ouch that hurt!!

WOOPS that hurt. Got into some gravel and went down on my side!! Thats the arm but you should see my butt !!. Did $450 worth of damage to the bike by bending the rear derailleur. Bugger

That’s why we do it

Training for the Victorian Country Tour hasn’t been progressing as well as I wanted. Kathryn’s Father has been diagnosed with Cancer in the last month.
