You all rock

You all rock!!!!!!!

Thanks guys for your generosity. I really couldn’t have done it without you.Truely!

Only 5 weeks to go! Oh my ………I am very nervous and starting to feel the pain from such long training sessions. I have done an 11 day plan without a break to get my body used to riding every day. I will have completed 1120km in the 11 days so not even close to what I will be riding. My buttock is very sore and worn. Haha not really funny..Some days I ask myself why? But I know myself it is a small amount of pain considering what a cancer patients go through. My heart breaks when I hear the stories.

It has been a tough few weeks not only on the bike but also trying to juggle family, work, training and fundraising. I got sick and took me out for a week or so. I have got through it all even tough some days I don’t know if I will.

Easter is less than a week away so some more family time out and bit more training.

This week was a lot of boring training sets indoors with the rain. I made Owen ride to Collinsville and back last weekend and he nearly made it but my brother came to the rescue to pick him up. I did it tough riding most of the way out the front or on my own in the howling winds.I am hoping that will be good for my physical and mental strength. One more 180-200km ride and a few hills and I think my preparation will be finalised. I am a little worried about coming down those hills at such a fast pace. Just grip and hold on I guess!!!!

Team Buildplan is our team name on the tour and we have Ann a new support person help us throughout the ride. There is another female in our team which will help those testosterone levels.

It is all coming along and counting down

Have a wonderful Easter with Family and friends

Hope the bunny finds you

Love and Hugs
