A day on the bike

A day on the bike is so intense at times. Focus is paramount. Focusing on the wheel in front and what is around. So much support within and around. Riding on highways or bumpy roads every call is so critical.. We have amazing drivers, who help the traffic flow and keep us safe. It’s all seems so seamless on the outside but so focused on the inside. keeping in the lines and away from the holes and rubbish on the road is so important. Calling Hole left! and looking out for each other.

I look at this in my life now and see we all need to do more of this. We need to have the focus to look out for each other. They may not be a friend but just need a smile or a hug to brighten their world. WE need to keep an eye on a broader areas in our lives and sometimes just smell the roses. We forget to do this as we have our heads down thinking that money and popularity is everything. So as you read this today I encourage you to so a simple task for someone today out of kindness just because. Or even set a challenge of one a day for 30 day or even a year. It will change your world.

Thank you for the amazing messages. I really couldn’t do it without my community behind me. The rollacoaster team that work together. Kris & Nan, Russell and Therese and Owen of course. They help me significantly in my fundraising from a early start. Then I have the cents sale crew that I mentioned earlier… And of course my family that makes so many sacrifices like not having their mum home on mothers day. I will miss them but they are always in my heart.

I want to continue the message of Be Fit, Be Healthy and Be happy….. When I get home I plan to take on more clients to help them achieve what they thought they never could and enjoy life like it should. I want to help children serve a better life and learn social contact is so important. I want to teach people to be more compassionate and empathetic in their worlds. These are powerful beyond belief.

But I need to focus and enjoy the last three days on tour to help drive a cancer free world. Let’s do this,
