Day 1 OMG
Wow I didn’t know what I have got myself in for! We are riding 1600km and climbing Mt Everest twice in elevation.
Left breaky central after it just starting to rain.
I am still alive! What a nerve racking time. I didn’t know if I could get to the end in one piece. Adrenalin was pumping.
It all started with a broken bike 2 weeks ago and today I had to ride my new bike for the first time through Sydney peak hour traffic in the rain. How does one country girl cope? Well just dig in and be strong and get through it. Robbo not only
Helped me feel better about my bike situation but helped me mentally through the traffic and descents. It is scary going down the steep hills in the wet with oil on the road on my new pride and joy. But god is good and everyone is safe home tonight.
Rained and wet and then late this arvo it became quite cold with loads of rain.
163km moving time 6hrs26min 1600 elevation
There was excitement at the schools and the kids were so excited and hyped to see us. It is a joy to educate the kids on being fit, healthy and most important happy! girls loved my nails and here is girl power
